While our summer was consumed by the new NFHS Field Hockey eye protection mandate, it did not stop us from watching the increased use of the Bangerz HS6500 Wire Fielder’s Mask on the softball field.
As the use of eye protection on baseball and softball diamonds has increased over the past few seasons we find new products are becoming more accepted by players. These products incorporate wire bars similar to what the Bangerz HS6500 has always used.

Kaitlin was named the Tournament MVP of the Seattle Regional. Inglesby pitched all 21 innings of the tournament. Her three-day totals - .900 on-base percentage and four RBI’s, 3-0 with a 2.33 ERA and a 1.05 WHIP.
We also heard from Joe and Tracey Lia who wanted to let us know that their daughter Gianna Lia uses the Bangerz HS6500 Fielders Mask and loves it. Gianna played in the Little League Softball World Series in Portland, OR and wore the mask while both pitching and playing 3rd base. Gianna’s parents appreciate the fact that the mask offers her protection of her face while playing and it has saved her from injury on a few occasions, as well as giving them some peace of mind.
